Fulbrook Care Ltd invoices are made out on a monthly basis.  Find out if you qualify for funding:

 

Social Care Funding

 

Contact your local authority, who might ask you to make a contribution towards care costs, which would be strictly between you and the local authority.

 

Health Care Funding

 

Contact your local primary care trust for further details.

 

Private Funding

 

You (or your representative) meet the socsts of your care as agreed by prior arrangement. We can consider weekly or forntinghtly payments.

 

Direct Payment Funding

 

Invoices will be fully met by the agency administering on your behalf. Your local authority will remit their contribution into the Agency's Account.

 

Individual (Personalised) Budget Funding

 

Your local authority will undertake an assessment to identify the amount of monies which you are entitled to pay for your social care provision.  You may/may not have to contribute some money towards this funding.  This can be paid out of your benefits or weekly/monthly income.  Your local authority can pay their contibution directly to yourself (if you are managing your own Individual Budget) or to your nominated broker.  We will send our monthly invoices to you or your broker for payment in full.  If your local authority manages your Individual Budget then we will invoice them directly.
